Le Cordon Bleu Australia (LCBA) is accredited as a higher education institution by the Tertiary Education Quality Standards Authority (TEQSA). LCBA has the authority to deliver and award advanced diplomas, bachelor and master degree courses.
LCBA is registered as a training organisation by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) and is accredited to deliver vocational certificate and advanced diploma courses.
A Work Integrated Learning (WIL) programme is included in all programmes, providing students the opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills in an industry workplace.

TAFE SA Regency International Centre for Tourism, Hospitality and Food Studies is the venue for our Le Cordon Bleu Adelaide Campus. It locates in Regency Park, approximately 9 kms north of the Adelaide CBD.

Le Cordon Bleu Melbourne Institute of Culinary Arts has been delivering culinary and patisserie programs in Melbourne since July 2015 at the Holmesglen Moorabbin Campus. It locates in the heart of the bayside region of Melbourne, approximately 30 minutes from the Melbourne CBD by train. Le Cordon Bleu study programmes are conducted in state of the art kitchens, bakery and restaurant facilities.
The TAFE NSW Northern Sydney Institute, Ryde College is the venue for our Le Cordon Bleu Sydney Culinary Institute. It locates in the leafy suburb of North Ryde.
